Trout Educator Award - Nomination Deadline 1/31
The Trout Family Educator Award was established in 2007 by Dr. Monroe and Sandra Trout in honor of Dr. Trout's parents and siblings. The purpose of the award is to recognize a full-time FVL teacher each year for his/her professional growth opportunities to advance his/her education and benefit the FVL student body.

FVL Trap Shooting Team: An informational meeting for students and their parents will be held at FVL on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Media Center. This meeting is for students who have not previously participated on the Trap Shooting Team. Returning team members should watch for an email with information about the 2026 season. Registration for the spring 2026 Trap Shooting Team will take place in February, and the season will begin on March 29, 2026.
