FVL Summer Workouts 2026
Registration Opens March 25 (Closes May 29) 


Dates: June 1 – July 31
No workouts July 2–6 (Independence Day break)
Total Sessions: 34
Limited to 100 Participants each session
Cost: $150
Open to all FVL Schools students 7 th to 12 th grades (Note: 9 th graders who are not attending FVL
are not permitted to do FVL Summer Workouts.)


Registration: Will open on MARCH 25 as soon changes are communicated to families and the business office
can prepare the registration page.

Weekly Training Structure
Monday – Thursday (4 Days per Week)
No Friday Training

High-Intensity Days – Monday & Wednesday
Focus: Power, Speed, and Change of Direction

Moderate-to-Low Intensity Days – Tuesday & Thursday
Focus: Strength, Movement Quality, and Injury Prevention

Our High–Low model is designed to maximize performance gains while allowing proper
recovery and reducing injury risk.

Session Times 
High School Athletes

(Including incoming freshmen — athletes must choose one session for the summer)

  • Session 1: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM

  • Session 2: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Middle School Athletes (Grades 7–8)

  • Session 3: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Attendance Expectation
Summer training is voluntary but highly encouraged. Consistency is the key to athletic
development. Athletes who train regularly will see the greatest improvement in strength, speed,
and overall performance.

Program Goal
Maximize athletic development while protecting athletes from excessive cumulative load
through coordinated scheduling to balance workouts with sport-specific training.
