A call was extended to Mr. Mark Arnold to serve as Director of Mission Advancement. Mark currently serves as a Planned Giving Counselor in the South Atlantic and South Central Districts. Mr. Arnold spent many years in the Appleton area in the world of finance prior to moving into the WELS office as an Investment Funds officer. He has served as a Planned Giving Counselor since 2017.
