This is an opportunity for competitive runners to represent FVL at the middle school (grades 5-8) races that take place at two of the FVL high school meets. Runners will race 1.5-2 miles in a competitive field of runners. This is a great opportunity to experience what a fun sport high school cross country is.

Practices
FVL is hosting optional group runs beginning at 9:00 AM. Meet at Door J (near the track)

- Wednesday, August 12
- Friday, August 14
We will meet at the FVL track. This will be a chance for teammates to get to know each other and to run with some of the high school team. Once school and the regular cross country season start, runners are expected to train with their own school team and/or on their own to prepare for race days.
