Do you need repairs or updates to your home? Repairs to your car? Large purchases, like furniture or appliances? Consider taking advantage of Direct-Rebate or Direct-Buy! You are still able to earn FVL SCRIP rebates from vendors who do not offer physical gift cards! 

Direct-Rebate

By utilizing Direct-Rebate, the vendor will work directly with FVL to ensure you get your rebate!

  1. Before paying your bill, tell your vendor that you would like the FVL SCRIP rebate. 
  2. The vendor will send the rebate and your information to the FVL SCRIP Office on a quarterly basis. 

Direct-Rebate Vendors

  • Accurate Full-Service Care of Appleton (Accurate Alignment) - 7% rebate
  • ChemDry of Appleton - 10% rebate
  • ChemDry of Oshkosh - 10% rebate

Direct-Buy

By utilizing Direct-Buy, the FVL Business Office will send a check to your chosen vendor once your rebate is applied. 

(24 hours advance notice is needed to process checks.)

  1. Before paying your bill, tell your vendor that you would like the FVL SCRIP rebate. 
  2. Call or Email the FVL SCRIP office with the bill total and the vendor name. 
    1. Within one business day, the FVL SCRIP Office will prepare a check payable to the vendor (with the rebate applied.)
  3. Make out a check to FVL for the total purchase amount.
  4. Bring your check to the FVL SCRIP Office and pick up your rebate check. 
  5. Take your rebate check to your vendor.
